This bottle fits in the palm of my hand which was a surprise to me! I thought it was going to be a larger jar. However, it is very, very concentrated & I think I very thin spread between cake layers will be delicious! 🍓

Made some coconut and strawberry space cakes and from what everyone who had one was saying that they wanted to lick the bun case out. They said the little bit of strawberry in the centre was just right 👌

The product in addition to flavouring baked goods, also colours them so be mindful of this when using. Also go easy with amounts used. If too much is used it leaves a horrid after taste which is bizarre because initially it tastes like fresh strawberries. It’s trial and error with amount needed. Start of with small amount then add more carefully as needed. You can’t take off if you add too much and consequently your buttercream etc will be ruined. I used it again on another occasion using tiny amount in comparison to the first time it was used and it was fine, no after taste. In the absence of the strawberry season in the UK this is a great alternative if used correctly.

I used this in my Mini Victoria Sandwich cakes to mix into the strawberry jam. Everyone wonders what amazing jam I'm using! So delicious 👍

Ik heb deze door de enchanted cream gebruikt om wat kleur en smaak te geven.Bij het opvullen van de taart samen met aardbeiengelei.En verder nog om de cupcakes te versieren.

Mon arôme préféré ! C’est comme de la confiture concentré sous forme d’arôme et les crèmes sont délicieuses

Très belles couleurs très bon pas trop sucré exactement ce qu'il fallait pour mon dessert
