Mine was made in Taiwan. I've found tools from Taiwan to be very high quality, unlike those from China which are often questionable.

What is the warranty?

You are joking right?!?! On a lug wrench?!? If you are using it as intended and properly I will replace it for you. My friend benches 400 lbs, 3 reps of 10, leg lifts 1200 lbs 3 reps of 10 he used it and did not break it.
