Im new to all things FLOW and as many others fell in love after being introduced. Full of surprises, which is always fun. Brings out the creative side of you and is a joy just to curl up all cozy and take in each page with thoughtful intent.

A beautiful and wonderful book
I have all of Flow's books and I used to get the magazine regularly before the pandemic started and Flow was no longer available in the U.S. This book is as beautiful and gorgeous as all of Flow's books. Love this book
This is a great book full of helpful tips and information. It's also very interactive which is the best way I retain information. This is the second Flow book I have bought.

I love this book because the only does it have very Vivid restoration pleasures to help with hearing anxiety with your self-care companion is uplifting and always available a book that loves you. It also has Bound in postcards bookmarks a sketchbooks sticker puzzles DIY paper flower fold-out banner and other delightful prizes they're designed to slow you down celebrate your flaws on the good stuff and embrace the joy of self-acceptance

I prodotti FLOW li amo da quando li ho scoperti ma in ogni libro, rivista, edizione riescono a sorprendermi. All'arrivo ho sfogliato il libro PAGINA PER PAGINA, incantata. Riflessioni, esercizi pratici, esercizi di scrittura, tanta gentilezza e tanta profondità. Non vedo l'ora di cominciarlo (l'ho ricevuto ieri), e sicuramente ne regalerò un paio ad amiche appassionate di scrittura e self-love come me.
