As an ADHD-er, i can attest that this supplement does have a sort-of "quieting" effect on the mind. I feel a bit more relaxed, they don't effect appetite, they do have a noticeable oder in the container but it is a quality supplement.

I've started using L-methionine to recover from nitrous. It's essential to pair it with betaine anhydrous for keeping homocysteine low/avoiding blood clots, as L-methionine can spike homocysteine. L-methionine has kept my brain intact. I'm forever grateful for it.
