It works! Gross... but works!
My pediatrician always recommends this for my germ infested children whenever they get a cold. They complain about the taste, and I don't blame them. I tried it to see if it was really that terrible tasting and the night time one is definitely gross, but it works. So just chant that cool shots song by LMAFO to your kids, like all of us good parents do, and down the hatch it goes! Your booger infested, coughing all night long, whining, germ factory, will be on the way to wellness soon!

Critically Dangerous packaging error
Package comes in set of two. Packaged together. One is for regular use assuming to be day time. Instructions said for 4 yo and older. But the night time item is for 6 yo and older. Of course the meds arrived during the day so I read the instructions on the day time meds and assumed they’re both the same. I’ve been giving day and night for my daughter for almost half the bottle now. Fortunately, I just happened to read over the instruction tonight and found out this vital information. This is critical that such different products cannot be packaged together. As for as potency, my child’s flem cough hasn’t gotten any better. Throwing both bottles in the trash.

Works Fast
It works like a charm and I love that we have both night and day. Took me a long time to find the dosage for ages though, which was annoying. But it works better than any other brand. Helped my son's cough within minutes of taking it. Unclog any stuffed nose and is miles above the rest.Unfortunately you're not given much. The bottles are small and it will last one or 2 cold cycles. It's cheaper on amazon, so that's a major plus. Otherwise it sells for $25 in stores. Yikes !

Perfect
My daughter will be 3 in June and I only use the day one. She had a running noise and sneezing. I have her 1.5 every 6 hours and by the next morning she was doing a lot better. I did use Vics on her chest and peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil in the humidifier

Gross
It help but it was hard to get my kids to drink this . I tasted it myself after my kids spit it out and said no think you. It not a kid friendly medicine.
