Supershine X Kit

I had a 20 year old tool box and was in bad shape. I bought a 7"inch buffer to use these wheels. I tried my angle grinder and the RPMs were to fast. You want around 3500. You will get filthy. Wear a resoerator and face shield. Follow the instructions be careful on corners as buffer will kick out. I bought the Harbor freight buffer to use for this one project. I should have taken pictures. I worked on it two days! But it came out shiny and new on the diamond plate. Make sure to buff the stiff pads. I used a sheet rock rasp to clean and soften the edges. Do 12'' inch section at a time and use just a little rouge. Great product gives professional results.

Excellent beginning kit. Gets it all started

Great kit! I have used the Zephyr Pro 40 liquid in the last to shine the wheels on our motor coach. Decided to go all-in and try the entire process. Purchased a Dewalt polisher that was featured on the Zephyr website here on Amazon. Also watched their online video tutorials and a few others I found - very helpful guidance. The kit was complete and the wheels all fit the new polisher perfectly. No other parts needed. Found the process to be time consuming as I expected it would be but it was easy and kind of fun. The first wheel took an hour as I was learning my way through the steps. The second one took far less time. By the time I was finishing up the last two it was only about 20 minutes per wheel. Great result as you can see!

Got the product for polishing my wheels. Needed to also buy an extension for the buffer that I did not know about until I received the product. Used the product and it did an incredible job. Very pleased with the shine it gave my polished aluminum wheels. They were in bad shape but now look like new.

Husband was very pleased with this kit to brighten up his Peterbilt.

Great products to use. I did the long & hard way on my 15" aluminum wheels by sanding first, then cut buffing afterwards. As you can see in the first picture, my wheels were stained & spotty from many years of wear. I used a DA sander starting with a 320 grit, finished with a 600 grit. Then started with the orange cut buff wheel at 3000rpm, purple 2nd at 3000rpm, & finished with the white cut buff wheel at 1800rpm. I highly suggest you buy the 2" spacer & comb.

For years I've tried everything to keep the diamond plate and other aluminum on my trailer in pristine condition. Products applied by hand, orbital or rotary buffer did the job, took hours and always seemed to be more work than I felt was worth it so I always hoped to find something better. I bought the harbor freight digital controlled buffer with variable speed and installed the pads. Despite neglect I didn't even need all three steps. The mild cut and then polish pads restored the diamond plate to a mirror finish effortlessly. A section that would have taken me 20-30 minutes now can be done in 5 with better results. With all three steps I was able to bring back the top front section without sanding first. Couldn't be happier!

This is by far the best buffing kit I've used and I have used most of them. Cut my buffing time dramatically mirror finish and best gloss I,ve been able to obtain. The down side is and there always is . Shipping was poor and not up to Amazon standards. delivery date kept getting pushed. So if you need this kit order ahead of time it is worth the wait. I've used this kit on 30+ wheels and it never fails me. Each buffing wheel lasts a long time, and each bar lasts a decent amount too. I tend to go through the brown Tripoli bar fastest because I do more cutting stages than color/show shine. The safety flanges are a must too! The pro 40 liquid polish works well too, but the buffer wheels and Tripoli bars are what amaze me.

Seems to work great for polishing. I like the flannel wheel with the white polish.

Did an awesome job. Never polished rims since they were new( 8yrs old first polish) came back to life. They will only get better as per instructions
