It works great and saved ~$102 by replacing the battery myself using this kit!
My watch battery had not been changed for about 6 years, so the back case was on tight. Even so using this kit I had no problem removing the back case. You just have to 1) secure the watch (lens down) in the holder that comes in the kit; be sure to first place a cloth or paper towels against the spring to prevent scratching the watch lens, 2) place a piece of the included anti-slip film on the back case and be sure it covers the notches on the back, 3) adjust the removal tool to be tight across two notches in the back case (but be sure the tool stays fully in the notches), 4) hold the watch holder tightly in one hand, 5) insert the removal tool into the notches on the back case and 6) press hard/firmly on the removal tool inserted into the notches on the back case while SLOWLY turning the tool Counter-Clockwise (for my Seiko watch).Note: It is most important to be sure that the removal tool is adjusted to be tight while fully in the notches AND pressing hard on the removal tool while you turn it Counter-Clockwise (rotate from right to left). Also, the instructions said to use the anti-slip film so I included that above, but for my watch I did not use the anti-slip film and my case came off without any problem.I also used the kit spring bar tool and tweezer to push out and remove my watch band pin so that I could place the watch in the included watch holder. Those all worked without any issue. Saved me ~$102 after subtracting the cost of this kit and battery!

Just what we needed!
Works perfectly! My grandma wears traditional watches and she has every color. She was complaining that the jewelers were charging her $10-15 to change the batteries in her watches. So I told her I would look it up and see if I can learn how to change them. I saw how way it was, we ordered the kit and all her watches batteries got changed. This product is really great quality and a good design. It is very straight forward and easy to use! I highly recommend!

Great tool and money saver! A must for any watch collector or aficionado
Wonderful set! Easy to use and a lot cheaper to replace batteries than going to a jeweler. Gave it 4 stars only because a case would have made this a solid 5 product. I enjoyed using this set and my only regret was not buying the bigger JOREST set with more tools and a case.

Absolutely awesome kit!
Absolutely awesome kit! More than I expected. Thank you. I wish when I order something from WalMart it would be like this. But with Walmart you just simply do not receive the item.😒 So thanks again for the kit. it was GREAT👍😁

Some Crowns might not fit
Crown on my invicta watch was slightly bigger than the spot you're supposed to put it in but I still managed to get it tight enough to open it up and change the battery!

Flathead screwdriver tips too thick
The flathead screwdriver tips appeared to be the correct width but they were too thick to fit any of the screws in my watch. I have several watches that have a screw holding the battery tab in place that needs to be removed to change the battery. Even the smallest tip was still way too thick to fit in the head of the screw (or any other screw inside the watch. If you only need the screwdriver to take the screws out of the back of the case this will probably work for you. The pins (all 5 sizes) are all together in one tiny bag (good luck finding the one you need.) My watches didn't fit the holder either. It's really cheap and you get what you pay for.
