Warm and good for work

This is the warmest, most protective, most cold weather winter appropriate coat I have ever worn, ever seen, ever tried on, would ever recommend. If, during the brutal winter weather, you work outdoors, walk outdoors, spend time outdoors - you will be immune to the weather, this coat will keep you warm.

A certain upgrade and update on the original Yukon Extreme traditional coat, initially I was weary due to design change and the material isn’t the classic tough duck but it’s grown on me. Great pockets and really warm. For some strange reason the arm holes under the armpit is tighter than usual maybe to keep heat in? But a strong tough jacket that gonna last on the job site! A great deal.

It’s a pretty and good quality jacket. It’s oddly small in the chest/ shoulders and loose in the waist even though it’s meant for bigger men

This coat is amazing. As a transplant from Texas, I’m looking forward to facing my first Michigan winter with this thing. Only con is the double zipper, which is annoying and I don’t see a functional reason for it. Let’s talk about sizing since I struggled on deciding on a size and had to order twice. I’m 5’11” 212 pounds. Athletic build, but not abs lean; large shoulders and upper back, slightly longer arms (picture Big Foot). Most coats are too tight on the biceps, shoulders and back. I normally wear an XL in hoodies and shirts. Levi’s 559 32W 34L Amazon suggested an XL which was comically too big. Returned for a Large and the Large fits perfect (for a cold weather coat). Plenty of room to layer, arm length is solid, plenty of room in the chest, back, shoulders and biceps. I can swing an axe and raise my arms over my head with zero issues. This coat is the real deal.
