I belong to several gardening FB groups and Blood Meal was recommended. My cucumber leaves were starting to turn yellow. I applied this once and a few days later, I could see a difference. The leaves looked much better!Will definitely continue to use this product.

Great product, but be advised, it smells like death

Well, I guess this works? I put some in the soil for my dragon fruit that had a little yellowing. The yellowing went away. There also has been some new growth, even though it is currently winter time.Only problem is WOW IT STINKS! lolWhen I opened the bag, I thought “hm. The other reviews said it smells bad, but I barely smell anything”….. but as soon as I watered the soil. Woah. It has a very very strong manure “poop” scent. I can smell it about 15-30ft away. It’s been about 2 or 3 months since I put it on, and I can still smell it when it rains.So, just know that it is good for plants. But it stinks. So hopefully you aren’t planning to buy this for indoor plants.

7/1/24This has been the BEST and most complete solution for me when it comes to the darn groundhog that decided to take up residence in my back yard. Sure, the ground sticks work that do all of the vibrating, but would have had to cover my entire yard with those things. From there, a lot of dodging to avoid hitting them while cutting the grass.I spread this out in my yard last week, since then the groundhog has been moving even more to get away from the back. I am now purchasing another round to hit the front yard since I KNOW with absolute certainty this Blood Meal truly works. Most humane way I could think of because I was NOT interested in setting any traps for this joker that's a little bigger than the neighborhood cats walking around. IMAGINE the size of the tunnels in my backyard!!!!My plan? Continue to spread this in my yard on a quarterly basis. Perhaps one day I can share how well it does with the plants! (Laughing)

i just use a little whenever i plant a new plant or transfer to another pot. my blooming flowers are very happy!
