I think this is really good value for a mixed collagen supplement and equivalent to some of the more expensive ones. It doesn’t taste of anything so I add it to anything from coffee to protein shakes, favourite mix is to add to an Options hot chocolate before bed as the collagen power is high in glycine which can aid sleeping.

I am not a person who regularly leaves reviews but I have been using this product for over a year now and I thought it would be useful for those looking for a collagen supplement. I have tried others in between including the 'Primal Kitchen, Collagen Fuel' overpriced for what it is! This has a great taste, dissolves with no grainy texture when added to drinks plus it is great value for money when compared to the others. The product has bovine and marine collagen and when compared to other leading products (including the top-rated one here on Amazone) it has the most grams of collagen per serving. I am no spring chicken but not old either so anything that may help the signs of ageing has to be worth a try. I can honestly say that I have noticed that my skin feels firmer and looks radiant too. The product works well in cooking too, I often add it to cakes and sauces but mainly to coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a value for money product that does the job then I highly recommend purchasing this!

A good product, easily dissolves in hot drinks. My only issue is with the vanilla flavour, it just tastes a bit chemically to me and not sweet enough. I will stick to the plain version in future.

Ich glaube das ist das fünfte Collagenprodukt dass ich auf Amazon bestellt habe. Kam gut an, von Amazon verschickt. Zu Anfang kurz was Collagen ist: Kollagen besteht eigentlich aus Kollagenfasern, auch Kollagenfibrillen genannt, die das Bindegewebe widerstandsfähig machen sollen, deswegen nehmen es auch viele, gegen Cellulite (Bindegewebe) und Antiaging (hängendes Bindegewebe). Auch soll es Knochen, Knorpel, Gelenke, Muskeln, Faszien, Sehnen und Bänder stärken swoie für Elastitzität und Festigkeit der Haut sorgen. Ich glaube über die Ergebnisse wurde schon genug berichtet. Zur Einnahme, weil da soviel Verwirrung herrscht: Sie kann grundsätzlich immer erfolgen. Ich nehme es meistens nach dem Training ein, um die REgenerations zu unterstützen. An Trainingsfreitagen TAgen mische ich es in den Proteinshake. Wissenschaftliche Lage: Im Moment streiten sich die Geister, welches Kollagen am besten ist. Es gibt auch Studien die behaupten Marine Collagen wäre besser als bovine (Kuh), und umgekehrt. Aber die Datenlage ist sehr dünn und ich denke es kommt auch darauf an ob die Kühe aus Weidehaltung sind und von welchem Fisch da Kollagen stammt. Es gibt übrigens verschiedene Kollagenarten. Meistens sehe ich hier nur KOllagen I-III. Dieses Kollagen enthält jedoch auch V und X, was absolut unglaublich und toll ist und das erste der ganzen Kollagenprodukte, dass dieser vollständige Kollagenprofil hat. Kollagen I soll faserbildend in den Kollagenfasern wirken, das heißt in Haut, Sehnen, Knochen, Dentin, FAsernknorpel und Kornea. Kollagen II ist auch faserbildend und wirkt auf Knorpel, FAserknorpel, Elastische Knorpel. KOllagen III wirkt faserbildend in REtikulinfasern und wirkt auf Haut, Skelettmuskulatur und Blutgefäße. Typ V fördert gesundes Haarwachstum und spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung anderer Kollagentypen. Es trägt zur Verbesserung der Augengesundheit/Sehvermögens bei. Kollagen X unterstütz die Gelenke, Knochen und gesunden Knorpel. Es ist an der Knochenbildung und als zuverlässiger Marker für Knorpel beteiligt. Ein Mangel an diesem Kollagen kann zu knochenbedingten Erkrankungen wie Oseoporose führen. Es gibt mehrere Studien die mittlerweile in die Richtung gehen dass ein Collagenprodukt mindestens das Kollagenprofil I-III haben sollten und noch zusätzlich V bis X, um eigentlich vollständig zu sein. Deshalb bin ich sehr froh, dass es dieses Produkt auf Amazon gibt. Auch enthält dieses Produkt wirklich kaum Nachgeschmack oder fischgeruch oder ähnliches, und das ist das erste Produkt von dem ich das behaupten kann. Man kann das also auch wirklich locker in den Kaffee tun, zumals es mit Vanille aromatisiert ist. Hier könnte ein Kritikpunkt sein, wer kein Vanille mag, der ist damit konfrontiert, aber es ist sehr dezent. Ich persönlich mag Vanille. Ich nutze das Kollagen um es in Shakes zu tun und der Vanilleduft ist nicht so bemerktbar oder eher komplementär, vor allem im Schoko-Proteinshake. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Non credevo di vedere dei risultati visibili dopo 2 settimane di assunzione, pensavo avrebbe potuto aiutarmi con le mie cartilagini che cominciano a scricchiolare, invece anche la pelle è più luminosa, le unghie sono più forti e i capelli più lucidi e sani! Il sapore di vaniglia mi piace, si scioglie facilmente nel te’ mattutino e ho già ordinato la seconda che confezione che ahimè credo sia anche l’ultima per ora perché dovendo comprarne una terza per un’amica, non appare più nella ricerca. Spero torni presto in commercio…
