Lazy Courier XpressBees refusing Refusing to make Delivery. At least, do not delay Refund.
Courier XpressBees refusing (Pramod, Shankar Prasad Gupta and Rao Saheb Bundela) calling and Refusing to make Delivery. Falsely claim that the address is not part of their service area. When we inform/ask them that they must have undertaken to deliver within Pincode 471606 zone, they answer in the negative. Obviously, there is a mismatch in commitment made by their their headquarters bidding for work and their end delivery agents' understanding about their contractual duties and commitments. Despite this being explained to them, the abovenamed Xpress Bees representatives are very rude. Since it is clear that you are an overall sloppy enterprise and have no control over your couriers, the least you can do is to not delay the Refund. Very shameful behaviour of all concerned.
