Great tool for fence mending.

These work nicely
We are building a new chicken coop and run so needed something to firmly attach the strips of wire together.I also needed to repair some live traps.There's a definite learning curve to using the tool and getting the clips applied properly. I've discovered that it works better if I squeeze the clip closed a little more. That makes it a little easier to get the tool in place so I can close the clip.The photo shows the clips I applied to the live trap. Yes, I used a lot of them but the varmints we've been getting in the traps are huge and have been able to totally destroy the traps with only one or two clips holding them together.I recommend this item. You get a huge number of clips so you'll be able to complete any job, no matter how big it might be.

works if you can get the correct orientation, finicky
if you have mesh , at the correct angle ,with no tension this will work if you get it just right ,otherwise not easy to work with , for the job I had , stainless steel cable tie with applicator was much easier and faster to work with

Works great for building small animal cages
Works great! Just so you know there is a little bit of a learning curve. You need to make sure that you are putting the curved bottom part of the V clip into the SMALLEST notch on the pliers. The three prongs of the V clip will go into the wider notch.You must also put the V clip(buckle) into place first, before seating it in the pliers. Other than those two things the important thing to do is make sure the 3 prongs are seated into the wider notch on the plies well, otherwise when you close them it might bend one of the prongs in the wrong direction. As long as it is just one prong it will still hold, but it will not look good and I doubt it is as strong as all 3 of them curled in correctly.

Great Product
These clips are a must have for connecting two pieces of wire. Worked amazing on my chicken pen. Comes with heavy duty pliers that are very easy to use. I would buy again
