For those saying they don't work, you need a cleave length of about 13mm. Insert one end and secure, then insert the other fiber until the first side bows up, then press the mechanism down. I use my fibrlok tool that holds the fibers in place and has a lever to engage the connector. it's way easier, but the included tool should accomplish the same thing.

I've used 6 of these so far, and each connector functioned the same as Fibrlok. Zero loss and completely disappeared from otdr. For those saying they don't work, you need a cleave length of about 13mm. Insert one end and secure, then insert the other fiber until the first side bows up, then press the mechanism down. I use my fibrlok tool that holds the fibers in place and has a lever to engage the connector. it's way easier, but the included tool should accomplish the same thing.
