These lights simple and easy to install. I love the option that you can adjust the height and drop on these lights. I used them in my kitchen where hardwired lights were not an option at this time. My kitchen island was dark and hard to see to chop and prepare food. These lights made it brighter and the cords are long enough to stretch long distances.

My house is older and unfortunately only certain outlets will work with my light switches. None of my rooms have ceiling lighting. These are perfect for my rooms and act as if the ceilings have installed ceiling lights. They look so cute too. The size is perfect and the lighting is great when on.

These lamps look and work great. However, the wire holder has a thumbscrew that pinches the wire in place with a sharp point. Don't pinch wires with sharp points. It lets the sparks and smoke come out of the wires. This is why electricians use staples to attach wires to walls, instead of just driving a nail through the wire. Why am I writing this? Do I really need to tell a lamp manufacturer that we don't drive nails through wires? Apparently, yes I do, because this lamp has sharp pointy things that go through wires. Buyers, just throw the thumb screws out, and put a wire holder on the wire. It makes enough friction to hold the lamp up.

I purchased these lamps because the room I'm rearranging is small and what better way to add light than hanging lamps? I liked the appeal of these lamps because there were two in the box and wouldn't have to worry much about unmatchy lamps. The cords are exceptionally long - so they can reach anywhere. They are adjustable and once you have them where you want them they stay there. The best part about the lamps? Let me tell you! The room was not ready when I purchased the lamps. When the room was ready for light, we couldn't put them together without the o-ring collar things. They were not in the box! I nearly panicked. I reached out to the company and they sent me extras without question or hesitation - we got them so quick I really couldn't believe it! I'm so pleased with my purchase and would buy again. That's all. Carry on.

I really like these. I have one room that has a cathedral ceiling and no easy way to run electric for ceiling lighting. I went with these, but decided to use a different bulb cage, a few cord hiding kits, and remote outlets. I am happy with the way it turned out, and I can still control the lights using the outlet remote attached to the wall.
