This product works excellent, it heats up fast and was super easy to use and put together. The size is just right for facial and hair streaming, wouldn’t recommend for commercial use (if you’re looking for something big). I haven’t used the aromatherapy feature yet but that is an excellent add for facial steaming. Great find ❤️

I've used this steamer several times now and was very pleased with how quickly it heats up and how much steam it puts out. It's easy to put together and works very well. The nozzle swivels so that you can angle it up or down based on your preference.

This product came intact with all of its components. It came with the steamer , a spa headband, and pimple popper kit (which is a bonus ☺️) . The steamer was easy to assemble and extremely easy to use. Be mindful that it does take approximately 10 minutes before steam is released, but it works really great. I use it mostly to steam my hair, but gradually found myself using it for my face. It leaves my hair and face very soft and moisturized. I would recommend this product.

I chose this product because I like how you can either lay down or sit while using the facial steamer.Pros:- The ozone feature is a nice touch. Really easy to turn the device and ozone on and off.- The maneuraverability of the handle is really nice. You can rotate the white opening 360 degrees vertically. And the transluscent stem can also be moved side to side.- Heats up quickly and I can easily do my 5-min facial steam either sitting down or laying down (usually for if I want to treat my boyfriend for a facial lol)- Aromatherapy pad is nice. I like adding a few drops of rosemary oil on the pad and sticking it into the slot. Really gives it that spa-like feel.- The safety panels are a great feature and I appreciate the handheld in the back if you need to move the device during operation. Great design here.Cons:- You can't remove the water tank, making this hard to clean- I wish the company provided a care manual detailing how to properly clean the machine over time, rather than just advising to "empty after each use."To clean it, here’s what I do:1) If any dirt or hard water sits in it, I run it with a vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 2 parts distilled water) for about 5 minutes.2) I empty the vinegar solution and refill the water tank with distilled water, running the steamer for another 5-10 minutes to flush out any remaining vinegar.3) I rinse it a third time with distilled water to ensure no vinegar remains.4) Finally, I dry as much of the machine as I can with a paper towel.Overall, it works great and is designed thoughtfully. I use it regularly, about once a week, for my skincare routine. There are just a few improvements for machine upkeep that I think the seller could provide to help us use the product long-term.

Love everything about this facial steamer! Powerful and the arm is long enough I just turn on , it heats up fast, pushes a lot of steam out and I get a daily facial while I meditate, talk on the phone or even read! Tryin to save some money since inflation seems to be going up on a daily basis so I have eliminated my monthly facials at the salon and this thing has saved my face and my wallet! It costs less than 1 facial at the salon and works better! Don’t hesitate get this thing before they sell out!

This steamer is amazing . Better than the tiny hand held ones - i gave myself one of the best at home facials .

The media could not be loaded. This steamer worked great for the first 3 times I used it. I was able to get exactly 45 mins of constant steam when filled to the max line and this was perfect for my deep conditioning needs for my hair. Tonight however, I plugged it in, turned it on, & the lights kept flashing on and off intermediately. It kept bubbling but no steam. After 30 mins of trying, I gave up and turned it off. After maybe 30 more mins passed, I noticed the machine was still bubbling. I thought maybe I didn't turn it off but it was. When I turned it back on, steam finally came out for 2 mins before all the lights went out again and the steam stopped. I've cut it off several times now and it continues to boil the water which is potentially dangerous if you walk away from it. I know there's supposedly a built in function to turn it off but my device clearly isn't working properly so I doubt that function is working properly either. I dont recommend for the money.

The media could not be loaded. Item itself came with some extracting tools, a movable tube that hooks onto the item. Only thing that i was missing was the SPA Headband. (Was debating to return it just because the headband would’ve been nice) mine took a while to disperse steam and to heat up, but I guess after a while it worked fine. Wished there was a way to remove the water tank in the middle so that way I can clean it.
