Love this product! My children enjoy taking it before bed to help them relax. We have been using it for over a year. Our pediatrician suggested adding magnesium and this product has been well received by all of our children. I have one son who doesn't care for the flavor, but he still takes them to help with relaxation and growing pains. I have tried them myself and think the flavor is pleasant. Modern-day diets are lacking in vital nutrients and magnesium not least of all. Tasty and Effective! I work out daily, and live in Arizona where it is hot. Perfect conditions for muscle cramps. I picked this brand because of the reviews. Everybody seem to say that they were delicious and they are, I get the raspberry and have the subscribe and save. But not only are they delicious, They seem to work as far as avoiding muscle cramps. I used to get quite a bit of foot cramps and I rarely get any, anymore since I started taking these. They use magnesium citrate, which is easily absorbed, which is important. Very happy with this product and the price is right as well.

These gummies are pleasant tasting and truly the only vitamin my kids will accept. I give it to them before bed and I feel it helps them calm down and settles them before bedtime. They are age 7 and 3. I receive these as a subscription and have always been happy with the quality.

I just recently turned 23 and have had been struggling with sleep and anxiety for far longer than I was aware of. Someone that I follow on Instagram talked about adding magnesium supplements to their diet (via a drink powder) and I later decided to follow suit after a particularly bad night where I was desperate for any relief. I couldn't find a magnesium powder for a price point that I liked, but I did find these and decided to give them a go despite them being intended for children because of their reasonable price, and because Amazon shipped it overnight to my door with Prime. They may be meant for children, but they work for adults, too. I've followed the serving suggestion of two gummies per night when I need to sleep well (usually on the nights before work) and I find that I start to get tired much earlier than I would without it and I sleep far better. The first night that I took these, I texted my friend the morning after saying "it's like my body finally 'absorbed' the sleep", for what it's worth. I took away a star because the gummies have a total of 3g per sugar for the two gummy serving size which seems a bit excessive, but they are very pleasant to eat *because* of the sugar, so I'm not too entirely upset.

These magnesium gummies tase great and really help my 9 year old son with ADHD. He has taken them for years. They help regulate behavior for him, help him calm. He is so picky and will not take any other magnesium gummies. I’m a dental professional and don’t have a problem with gummies at night. We brush his teeth after. He’s never had a cavity. Again, these are the Best tasting magnesium gummies!!!!

My daughters enjoy the flavor of this brand, which is great because they typically are picky with vitamins. However, I believe the reason they like them is because they are loaded with sugar. It's literally a coat of sugar all around it. They do help my daughter's headaches, which is also great. However, currently looking to switch from these due to all the sugar.
