So I bought these paddles about a month ago, and for the price it is great. Like the other reviews this paddles has some serious spins and controls (if you're good that is) This is definitely a beginner to intermediate paddles (depending on your level of play), with alot of room to grow. If you're a beginner whose never played ping pong, then go with a paddle that doesnt have any rubber. If your past that level and want to improve your game without breaking the bank then go with this paddle. Now mind you this paddle is on the heavier side. So if you're looking for a lightweight paddle then this will be pretty heavy for you. I recommend going with the 4 star paddle that this company provides as well. Its the one wih the blue stripe on the handle. As for the durability of the paddle, with well care it can last for a long time, but for a $14 paddle (28/2) I highly recommend this paddle.Another note: the rubber is great ,and if your opponent doesnt know how to return a spun ball, your gonna win all the time. the rubber is sensitive and has great elasticity, oh and also your drive is pretty strong and fast as well due to the weight of the paddle.TLDR: Great paddle for intermediate players wanting to get into spins and higher level of play. Won't break the bank, comes with a case, has 2 paddle so you can play with your buddy.Spin :9/10Control: 7/10Longevity: 7/10

I don't usually buy products on Amazon that only have a few reviews, but the quality appeared good and the price was inexpensive. Wow, am I glad I did. I'm a good recreational player who has been playing for decades. These paddles have a great balance of good spin, speed and control. The rubber appears to be great quality with plenty of tackiness and cleans easily with water. I believe these to be of similar quality to paddles that are priced much higher. The carrying case is also a cool bonus. With the help of the Pasol paddles, I expect to continue to be thehouse champ against my boys and neighbors for years to come.

There is a big difference between inexpensive paddles that you start with and more advanced paddles. More advanced paddles, like these PASOL 7 Star Premium paddles, allow the player to do so much more with their shots--but they also reduce the margin for error. It takes time to get used to them and to learn how to use them.These PASOL 7 Star Premium paddles are great. As other reviewers have noted, they're heavy. That extra weight can help you put a little more pop on your shots, but it can also send the ball flying if you don't hit the ball quite right. The amount of spin that these paddles can impart is surprising. Those that like mixing different spins into their shots (top spin, back spin, side spins) will be pleased with these.So, why only 4 stars? There are some "dead" spots around the edges of the paddles that respond in weird ways. As long as you're contacting the ball squarely in the paddles' sweet spot, the response of these paddles is pretty consistent. But if you contact the ball outside of the sweet spot, the ball can act in unexpected ways (usually flying well long).But for the price, these paddles are a great choice for advanced beginner and intermediate players.

These perform as well as far more expensive paddles. The Amazon post says these are 7 star paddles but they have 6 on the handles, which is still good. Case is very nice. They are fast and have great grip and spin. They are more heavy than most paddles. In case that is something you do not like. We have about 35 games in on these paddles.I have to update my review. A few games after this original post one of the paddles has broken. The fracture is in the base panel (the laminated board that runs through the center of the handle and paddle head). The fracture is perpendicular to the handle and just below where the pad starts. The weight of the pad appears to be too heavy for the lack of strength of the wood structural component. The paddles have been stored in the case whenever not in use. Have not been banged on the table or dropped or mistreated in any way. The kids (14, 15 and 18) and I were very excited to be able to spin the ball and hit better shots with these paddles. But it was short lived.

Amazing product, definitely would recommend these "7 star premium " paddles for a nice, cheaper paddle that performs really well. Unless you're playing professionally, this should provide all the speed and control you need. You can even give it to newcomers as they provide performance and even if they break, they were relatively cheap and so it doesn't hurt as much.Caveats: Dust and dirt magnets, a little extra sticky rubber (may help with spin though), and finally, it's holding up well so far, but I feel that the rubber may come off sooner rather than later.

These paddles appear to be a slight step up from the sporting goods store paddle. Just don't plan on them lasting more than a few matches. Handles had to be reglued and then broke completely after a couple of months of light play.

Paddles are amazing! I can totally feel the difference between these and the $10 cheap ones. Spins are so much easier to pull off, the weight is appealing, and the handle is comfortable in the hand. Only thing worth pointing out is the surface of this rubber is stickier than I expected, which I guess is the selling point here. But because of the awesome rubber surface I need to take better care of where I leave the paddles, even for a minute to go use bathroom. Always be aware of the surface you rest these paddles because dust sticks really well to the surface.
