The vest looks great and is exactly what we were looking for. However the size chart is completely inacurate at all sizes. Groomsmen purchased these for a wedding and not a single one them were able to fit into their size. Mediums had to squeeze into large, a lagre into a 2x and our big fella 3x could not even button the 4x... If you buy this do yourself a favor and buy 2 sizes up.

My husband actually wore this for our wedding! It is a great vest and arrived just as expected!

I have been loking at this vest for a while and I had a pair of wool pants that needed the perfect accessory, so I pulled the trigger. Wow!! this is a nice vest. it's constructed better than some of the vest for my suits costing 100's of dollars more. Backers on the buttons, fully lined, with a nice buckle on the back. The fit is nice and the wool tweed a decent weight. I took a second out to write this review before I bought another one in a different color.

A gorgeous vest. It comes packaged so well, so neat and nice, I was impressed. It's just too bad that the sizing is so weird. It was so hard to get the size right - even using the charts/suggestions they provide. It's as though the measurements they give are for the product, not the persons's body measurements! I have big boys (5'11" 145#, 5'11" 165#, 6'2" 175#) and I had originally ordered the medium and large after a day of trying to figure out the sizing from the measurements. However, they literally ended up needing the xsmall and small! It was very easy to return what didn't fit and reorder smaller to try on...so it wan't too terrible. I am very pleased with the quality and look of the vests (they're even nice to the touch!). They really deserve five stars, but the sizing is so frustrating, I can't imagine someone could order correctly the first time around!

Considering the price, the quality of the vest is pretty decent. I'm 6'2" and about 230 lbs and I wear roughly a size 46 jacket, so I went with the XL size. The vest fits and looks well with the exception of the area around the arm holes. There's just a little too much fabric there for my frame, but a little tailoring will fix that problem. I may also add some flashier buttons at some point. Bottom line: if you don't mind the possibility of needing to have the vest altered slightly for a perfect fit, then I would definitely recommend this vest.

Every review said the sizes were either too small or too big. Turns out for me it was too large. I wear a large size shirt and this was too big. It fit my XL father instead. As for the quality. I found it to be pretty poor. The material looked frayed and felt cheap. I was very unsatisfied, especially for the price. Had it been much cheaper I might have understood the quality. I would suggest not purchasing this vest. Find something near you in a store that is better quality.

Fit my 6'5" 330lbs husband perfectly for our wedding. He received many compliments on it.I think we ordered the 3xl or 4xl. We went by the size chart, so whatever that says.Protip: A seamstress, tailor, or alterationist can measure you properly for free or a small fee. Please tip them if they offer free measurements.

I purchased the blue herringbone which is perfect in a casual setting with jeans. Prior to placing the order, I measured a vest that I've had for sometime and liked the fit. I compared these measurements against the manufacturer's referenced sizing, which was quite close to the dimensions for the size Large. I am 6'1", 180 lbs with a slender build, I purchased a size L and found the size to be perfect.

Tried all over to get a waistcoat to fit my rather rotund frame. This one was perfect. Wanted it for granddaughters 21st in Australia. Arrived on time looked good on and as I say, a great fit

Fit was as expected, Delighted as this was a gift. Although he wore it only for a day and the straps on the back fell off. He didn't mind as he wanted it for casual wear and thought they may only get caught in stuff during his day to day. This might be important for anyone who may get this for other purposes. But overall the waistcoat is well made.

Looks good quality and fit. Is a Xmas present but think it will be well received.

Nice waistcoat. Fits well and material is fine. Would be even better if they made them with a cloth back rather than satin.
