This cape is the simplest form to slip over a child's head during a sudden shower. It is fully waterproof with taped seams and has a hood. The cape has Velcro at the collar and is secured at wrist level with two small tabs of Velcro to prevent the cape from riding up in the wind. **Please note the shade of Violet is actually the colour shown in the sample, the colour in the photograph has been slightly distorted, also bear in mind the shades will vary per computer screen.
