Sadly so many people seem to miss HOW to RETURN items within the 30 day period Amazon provides usually. Go to & Orders link at top of this page and this is your order page. Listing all currant orders and past orders too if you select to increase the search. Anyway find the item you want to return. Then follow the options to do so through the provided ones. Also you can call or by use of the chat settings ask to be called by them for a live person Then choose print your own return label. If you have packages coming by UPS you usually can hand the boxed up and secured item with it's label and return code inside to a UPS driver who is dropping off a package so you save the NOW over charge option of 8 dollars to have a pick up by UPS. And of course you can just take the well packed item to your UPS center and go that route. So those options are free. We live in rural area where it's a ways to the UPS return center but we have a lot of deliveries so we usually can take advantage of the drivers dropping off other packages as long as we've followed the directions to return the item. Note if for some reason you no longer have the box it arrived in or even the original manufacturers box Amazon accepts returns as long as you do use a proper well constructed box and wrap well to secure the item to prevent damage on it's return. I usually make sure it's wrapped better inside the box than it arrived often as not. That way I know it should get returned without extra damage in shipping. Overall use common sense. AND people please learn to use Amazons return policies and not go to the seller or the manufacturer if it's in that 30 day time period Amazon  gives it's customers. Really helps a lot though sometimes it is through a 3rd party and Amazon helps you get to those and work it out. Now days read fine print on the entire add page to avoid no returns over some items these days. Now no return does not mean no refund though many people think that's the case. If you get a broken or damaged or non working item of course you should get a refund. Duh comes to mind. And yes sometimes I too feel an item is not worth the work to return it. However if you order on line part of that is often to save money and also for ease such as we live 100 miles from big city stores and it's cheaper than driving 200 round trip to order. We figure it's our duty also to assume our right to make returns on products with incorrect specs and damaged and such. Hope this helps.
