Keeps the pillow cool and comfortable!

While they say it is cool and comfortable, I found the case to be hot and rough on the face. Perhaps because it was washed in hot water. I always wash new linens in hot water before first use. I then checked the washing instructions to find that the cases should have been washed in cold water. I don't know anyone who washes bedding in cold water.

Very well made, comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

The pillow cover is nice and seems to have helped with my fiancé's reaction to my down pillow. If you tend to ball your pillow up as you sleep, this may not be the best pillow for you. It definitely gives more structure to my down pillow, which may or may not be a positive attribute depending on your preferences and sleeping habits.

Purchased two (2) pillow case covers. Within 8 months the covers began to discolor, pictures available. The discoloration was coming from between the lining of the pillowcases and it is almost identical in both thus not caused by customer causes. I reached out to Customer Service, and I received about 3 emails asking me how I washed the item, it had not been washed at the time and was finally washed according to their instructions. Rather than addressing the problem all they wanted to state was the warranty had expired and they are offering a deal on their website for 30% off over Memorial Day. So these cases are expensive, I never received a response to the problem was between the lining, never was asked for pictures, never was offered some type of resolve that shows they stand behind the product. I showed them to a fabric expert and Master Cleaner last week and they said there definitely was a problem with the manufacturing process or product utilized between the lining.

Best Bedding ever. Smart silk is a life changer

I have a mild dust allergy and I can really tell the difference with these. No more dusty smell or itchy nose. However the zipper on one of mine was sewn too close to the teeth and there are loose threads that catch, so it's extremely hard to open and close. That's a shame and not expected for a luxury product. A larger zipper handle would be helpful (but not needing to work the zipper would be better). The cover materials are really nice and feel great to sleep on. If it weren't for the zipper, I would rate them as a 5.
