I bought this thinking I was going to need it with the new showerhead in also ordered. Turns out that showerhead won't work with the crappy water pressure here. So they're both going back.However, that in no way reflects the quality, hence the 5 stars. Item arrived quickly, box was in perfect condition as was the item.The item itself is all heavy duty metal, not a speck of plastic. Seems very durable. I definately wouldn't want to accidentally get bonked on the head with it, thats for sure!It was easy to set up. It's kind of self explanatory, I honestly don't remember of instructions came with it.A couple turns of plumbers tape and hand tighten, adjust to your liking and you're good to go. Easy peasy!!I think for those people who are not vertically challenged and have to keep their knees bent to wash their hair, this would be Heaven sent.Try it, what do you have to lose? If you don't like it, you've got 30 days to return. But i bet you'll love it!

The nut connecting to the shower head is independent of the shaft so you are able to adjust the shaft then able to tighten the nut. In the previously purchased extender from another vendor, the nut and shaft was fused together as one piece so fully tightening the nut made the shaft off angle...so shaft pointed more towards the sides of the shower so had to then angle the shower head to point down and center in the shower. Looked unappealing and unnatural.Look:The nut connecting to the shower head is independent of the shaft.

Super easy to install.... THANK YOU!!! it brings the water out and keeps it from dripping down around the turn on/off valves. this mainly was why I purchased it. I love it takes the water up and out and above my head(Adjustable too) !!!! only draw back is the width of the pipe is smaller and i get a slight less pressure, BUT not enough for a concern, because it does it's job and I LoVE it. A real consumer from KC MO!!! Was worth the price to solve my issue we had, not to mention my husband is 6.6ft and he likes it.

The product works fine. It could stay in place a little better but it is fine. One note as a warning. This will bottle neck your water flow so you might have to replace or remove any flow reductions you already have in place.I would buy this again if I needed a second.

I have purchased two of these, one for each bathroom. It puts the shower head further away from the wall, which I think is great, as when the shower head drips, it does not drip on my faucet.. My brother saw it and bought one for his family. It does work great and I am so happy I found it on Amazon. Have never seen it at any hardware store.

best invention for the shower. I am 6'-3" and every shower hits me in the chest. I used to travel for work - every shower head height is like 5'-5". if I travel I will buy another one to take with me. easy adjustable for my family of 7 with heigth from 5' to 6'-3"

Great extention for the shower head. Works really well. Needs white tape when applying( does not come with it)

Perfect fit and install. Came with lots of plumbers tape to assist the install. Also came with necessary gaskets.Fit great and allowed the use of our shower head with no issues
