**Q: What kind of spices it has**
A: This blend tasted different than the ones I'm used to - I think it's heavier in cinnamon, cumin, and cloves with not much cardamom. Has some pepper in it. I added more cardamom to it to give it the kind of flavor I wanted. Overall not my favorite.

**Q: What is the country of origin?  It is packed in Texas, but where do the spices come from?**
A: This is an Indian blend.  The spices have different points of origin,  e.g. Cinnamon is from "Ceylon" or Viet Nam.  There is also a cinnamon-like bark from Mexico, some originate in Asia and some in the Carribean.

**Q: is this gluten free?**
A: If you zoom in on the picture it has all the listed ingredients. Flour is not one of the ingredients so I would presume it to be gluten free.

**Q: Would this work well to use in a chai ?**
A: No. This is a masala or spice you can add as seasonings for cooking dishes.
