My kids are old enough to know not to touch the fire, but young enough that one pushed the other into it and it burned his forearm.We ordered this screen because of the weight (11lbs) and seemed much heavier than others, assuming better quality. This came assembled, nicely packaged, just open and ready to go.Looks beautiful, easy to move, and it is just enough to cover the fire that if someone fell toward the fireplace it would at least somewhat protect the fallWould recommend, thank you!

Thinner metal, therefore doesn’t seem to hold up strongly. Kids will knock it over by simply pushing it in just a bit or pulling onto it. Could be my brick fireplace that leaves it unleveled, but it’s not the best coverage 😅. VERY PRETTY and simple with my theme though!Will be put to the real test when it’s winter time and fireplace is 🔥 lit.

Just received this...upon setup looks great. BUT, when you adjust/close the fire, BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE SCREEN - IT WILL BURN YOUR HAND(S) which is crazy bc you can't close/adjust the fire "WITHOUT" touching/moving the screen.Use a mitten to avoid burning your hands.
