You must buy the fasteners. It's awful **Q: How much weight can a pair of these hinges support?** A: Not qualified to quote that specific info. However, I've been using 2 of these on kitchen and bath 3/4" raised panel cabinet doors, maple and cherry, up to 24"X24". Anything bigger I use 3 hinges - one added in the middle of other 2. **Q: What is the center to Center screw hole dimensionon on cup end end of hinge?** A: can't remember specifics.
