Received my leather today and was very happy! Big pieces and as advertised very little if any blemishes. Cant wait to get it into a finished piece! Thickness is perfect.

A little heavy for my original intended purpose (looks like a light weight is what I needed), but I'll just use them for another project. The leather is great quality so will look great as whatever I decide to adapt it into. I received one large piece and a couple of smaller pieces, all of excellent quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product. I was expecting a bunch of pieces and scraps honestly. But when I opened the box there were huge pieces of good quality leather. I know these are remnants but still lots of leather and good stuff for the price!

I bought this leather just prior to Christmas, and was quite astonished at the quality. Honestly, I had no idea what I was getting for the money I was paying, as it can often be a hit or miss with leather, particularly scraps. The tooling side had quite the pleasant texture, while the other side ranged from soft to very soft. Undyed, the very soft sides left bits of leather places, but after it was dyed (which it did so beautifully, I might add), it stiffened up, and there wasn't any excess leather getting places, yet still kept a semblance of its softness (I used oil dyes, by the way).It carved and stamped extremely well. I loved to see the rich burnish the stamps gave the leather. A part of me wished to have just made a plain piece without dye using that lovely aesthetic. Punching holes through it was a breeze too (really, the perfect thickness for wallets in my opinion). I loved it so much that I even made myself a new leather wallet! I imagine this leather would be really good for other small leather projects, such as stamped keychains, bookmarks, or even journals. After I was done with the wallets, I was even more impressed with its smooth texture.For a picture of quantity: I managed to make one big and two medium sized men's wallets with an additional three 7x1.5 inch strips to spare, which I used to mount a cosplay foam covered fiberglass spear to my wall.Will definitely be buying more!
