Works really well!
It took me a while to rate this, only because I needed to get a plumber out to figure out where my water line was coming into the house from. I thought I knew, but alas I did not. Now that it is installed, and have been using it for a few months, I did not know what to expect when I first purchased it but am loving it. Who knew that such a thing existed and did such a great job removing sediments from your water. I did not even think sediments were something I should have, but boy did I! The product overall is constructed well, and easy to use. I like that it has the options for AC and battery setup. I opted for batteries, but because of where it is at, but will switch to AC at some point. The batteries do last a while, but I would rather not have to worry about checking on it.

Broken in 5 months *Update* Fixed in 2 days!
Does not spin anymore. Not impressed for the price. So I was unaware of how to get in contact with the company, as my Amazon account did not show all of my order history. After writing the review, they contacted me and made things right. I do love this filter and when I get the new part in, I will be as happy as can be. I’ll own some of the bad review for not digging harder to get in touch with them. They have a super quick turnaround time with messaging and fixing the issue. 10/10 would recommend them for mine and others next purchase. Thanks guys!

Not good
I purchased this because of the automatic flushing and the 40 micron size filter. I like the touch screen and the 3 flush settings, 7, 14 and 30 days. I had it set to flush every 7 days. At first it seemed to work but i still had to manually flush it because it would start to clog. It is in a crawl space and difficult to get to which is why i wanted auto flushing. The cleaning scraper on this filter is a thin piece of plastic that rotates around the filter mesh to automatically clean and flush. But the plastic scraper does not make much contact with the filter screen so it has to be taken apart and manually cleaned. I did not get to install this filter until several months after i purchased it so the warranty ran out. A few months after i was using this filter it stopped automatically cleaning and flushing and the unit would make a series of beeps and the 7 and 15 would flash red which is not listed In the troubleshooting code list. I contacted the company asking what the code meant. I was told to send them a video showing the condition, which i did. I haven't heard anything back after a few months. The auto function does not work. It doesn't clean itself and had to be manually taken apart and cleaned. No hello from the manufacturer. I do not recommend this product

had a problem with my 1st filter
rewrote this I finally got ahold of the manufacturer and after a few emails (questions and answers) they asked what I would like to resolve my issue and I asked for and have received a new filter, Now I have not had time yet to install it but I have bench tested it and observed the valve stem rise so I anticipate this will make it work and me happy a self flushing 1st step filter is really nice to have. Thanks to Frizzlife for making this easy Jeff Rau

Set & Forget
Installation was fairly straight forward, like the fact that you can power with batteries or an outlet. For my install I opted to run on batteries and not have to gone through the trouble of adding an exterior outlet. I've never used a sediment filter before but but seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Hoping this will extend the life of our under counter RO system as well as appliances. All said and done for the price I consider this to be worth the money. The product itself seems to be solidly built and of high quality.

The product can be improved further, the customer service is great!
The customer service is great and the product could be improved even further in the future if the company decides to add the brush to the scrubber. I am going to give 5 stars and wish a further product development and successful business development for the great product that they make.

Do I really need this???
Not really a fan. The auto flush doesn’t do its job properly.

Installed on a house with really bad sediment issues and a client that was not good with doing their own maintenance. Setup the autoclean function and everything is working great and the client is super happy. I highly recommend this for all well systems. The only thing I didn't like was the connections for 1" piping. They basically bottomed out but no leaks.

Absolutely dreadful customer support, hard to reach, no phone number, supplied all pertinent information and no response. Unit came with a leaky internal canister, obvious manufacturers defect. Strongly recommend competitors like Waterdrop & ISpring both had reachable excellent customer support.
