Clears Green Metal out of Well Water Pool
I purchased this 2lb Vit C bag for my pool. I filled my pool up with well water then added chlorine and my pool turned green. After getting my chlorine to zero, I added this entire bag and it cleared the the green metal up. $20 is the cheapest I’ve found online. This will be my go to each summer when I open my pool!

Fantastic!
I’ve been taking this vitamin for almost 2yrs. Its changed my body enormously, cant imagine my life without it!. I take it everyday, 2-3 teaspoons per day. Since i been taking this I really haven’t been sick Whats so ever, and if i feel under the weather I double my dosage . Always works , never disappoints!!! It boosts ur metabolism in a natural way and it helps with hangovers ;).I would strongly recommend it!

Swimming Pool Stains
This stuff was magical for removing stains in my pool I probably used too much and did not realize that ascorbic acid neutralizes chlorine since my pool quickly turned into a swamp. It took a while to get chlorine in balance, but I did. Be warned though that you probably want to use a metal sequestrant after ascorbic acid for pool stains and bring the chlorine up back slowly or stains will reappear. You can find lots of instructions on the web, but I didn't discover instructions until after my swamp grew. The ascorbic acid worked perfectly though for its intended purpose.

this product is exactly as advertized - pure inexpensive ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
Tap water is often chlorinated now with chloramine. Chloramine does not evaporate off quickly like older chlorination compounds. Using this to water plants means you are watering them with an oxidizing chemical (chlorine) and this is not good for plants - rainwater always seems to help plants better than tap water. For a 2 gallon watering can full of tap water a small fraction of a teaspoon of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) neutralizes the chloramine, binding the chlorine as hydrochloric acid and the amine as ammonia. The chlorine smell disappears. In the body Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant - this is how it acts on chlorinated tap water. In the time I swap a 2 gallon watering can for another one (having used it for watering) the Vitamin C in the second watering can has done its job.

Buyer beware!
1tsp = 6,000MG >>Not on the package. I took a heaping spoonful in a glass of orange juice. It has wreaked havoc on my digestive system and I have yet to recover. Very serious potential harm if you don't know. They should have this potential harm and the amount on the package, or at the very least apply a sticker with how many MG are in a single tsp. I had to ask and found out too late. Weeks have gone by, and I still have problems eating regular food.

None of this side effects of regular ascorbic acid
Regular ascorbic acids has always caused me either upset stomach and/or diarrhea. I have been told this was caused by the D-ascorbic acid form in it which is not found in nature and your body can't process. Since this is the "L" form it is the same as found in nature so does not cause these problems. I take it internally but know other people that use itto make serums to remove wrinkles and fine lines in their skin.
