I was expecting it to be cheap and lower quality, so I wasn't disappointed. It was pretty cute. My son turned 3 so it wasn't really a huge deal that it wasn't high quality. He loved it. There was only one mask in the package though. I thought there was supposed to be more for the other characters??? There was only one for Captain Barnacles.

This was a hit! I decorated the dinner table ever year for my kids birthday. This was a great set came with plenty of decor.

1. The aluminum balloons are to small to float. They didn't not come with a straw to blow up so had to find a way on my own.2. The banner did not come put together. They did provide material to string it together. Not a huge deal but figured it would already be together.3. The cupcake toppers was amazing. I'll provide a picture later.Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Quality of material was good and everything worked out the way I desired.

I should have read the reviews. The table cloth fit the top of my table. Nothing came assembled (cake topper/ spiral hangers/ birthday banner.) The foil balloons are not for helium. The product description and the pictures are very misleading. When we took them to party city to schedule them for filling they immediately told us the handhelds were not for helium (they are very easy to fill with breath.) She also suggested not to order pick up to early because the rubber balloons looked like they would not hold helium for long. When we went for pick up the day of the party they told us the captain barnacles balloon was not for helium either (too heavy to float) they of course filled it and charged us the $10, in their defense it does have a tab for a string so they obviously thought it was to be filled with helium. the rubber balloons did great and lasted hours, there were paint marks outside of the character pictures but they looked good enough and my kid didn’t care. Annoying issues aside I guess it wasn’t too bad for the price. As one other reviewer mentioned octonauts decorations are slim Pickens so it is what it is.

These are pretty cute and good quality the only reason I gave 4 stars was because you have to put the hanging swirls, banner and cake topper together and they were kinda a pain.

She enjoyed her octonauts balloons and banner and everything. I like them too. Stickers are so cute!

The tablecloth is cute but very small, more like a table topper. It's 42 wide by 71 long, which is exactly the size of the top of my table. You really need a tablecloth underneath..The balloons won't float even with helium in them. We used them as a centerpiece, but you are wanting them to float they do not.The other pieces are sturdy cardstock so should be ok.

This was a half way decent set but terrible quality. A lot of the pictures were stretched out and a lot of the balloons weren’t complete (had missing parts of the print, ect). I kept it because I was out of time to get anything else and there aren’t many options for Octonauts. If you can get this set on sale it might be worth it just because it come with lots of pieces, but I sure wasn’t impressed.
