This is a highly concentrated cream and if you have extra dry or flaky skin, this will definitely help. I have normal to dry skin so I don't have to slather it on -- just smooth on a moderate amount when my skin is still damp from the shower. Your skin will stay soft and smooth for at least 48 hours. I bought it because of its ingredients: vitamins B3 and B5, sweet almond oil, vitamin E and citric Acid. I bought the 2-pk so it should last me a VERY long time.
