Golden Eagle Steel Airsoft Hand Gun Hi-Capa 1911 Airsoft Pistol with 6mm BBS and Speed Loader

Updated review to 5 after using it during a weekend long airsoft event. I LOVE THIS GUN. Despite the lower being polymer, the upper slide is all metal and very durable. It is very accurate even with .25g bbs, I managed to get more kills with this than I did with my $450 rifle during the whole morning. No rails, so no attachments, but that is a small quibble for an otherwise excellent gun.

This airsoft pistol is a beast, might need a different slide because straight out the box you'll have to do some tweaks. But for the price it's a soldier's pistol and when you get that baby singing (semi-auto) rapid fire squeezing of the trigger it's almost like a fully automatic because it keeps firing so fast. Even though some of the plastic BBS get stuck or misfired in the barrel but it comes right out with a shake. All in all I'd recommend for a starter or even a novice airsoft shooter to buy and just customize it yourself with your own slides or hop up unit int it but you'll have your own Golden Eagle (Toykyo Mauri knockoff).

I had to return the first one I got because the magazine release broke. But the replacement is a great gun

full metal 5.1 hi capa compatible with most TM hi capa parts all for a fraction of the price. the item feels sturdy and well made. everything is functional and i havent ran into any issues with it, heard of the slide locking after every BB which hasnt been the case and all the seals in the magazine are holding tight. would will and have recommended this to anyone looking for a hi capa to build out custom

For a Chinese made gun, it’s not bad. It’s full metal, heavy, and feels fairly real. Slide stop stopped working almost immediately, safety is half broken, gun is right handed only, some parts feel like they are going to break off. The gun overall sucks. I put gas in it and shot it and the gas runs out on the 3rd or 4th shot and jams the gun.

The gun itself is great and the weight of it is amazing. The only problem is that the user manual does not tell you any information except the item name and number for each tiny part that makes the gun itself. There is no instruction on how to load the magazine or proper care and cleaning of the gun. Also, the CO2 cartridge will not fit where it presumably goes, but again, there is no instruction for how to load the cartridge into the gun. I bought this gun for my brother's birthday because he wants to get into airsoft and I was told this was a great gun for a beginner but this is very overwhelming for all of us trying to help him.
