It was my first time using liquid latex and modeling wax, so I wasn’t even sure which product would be best and what brand to choose. This was a great choice! To apply wax proved to be little fiddly, but the end effect was very satisfying. Little tip: put a tiny amount of butter or cooking oil on your hand while rolling and softening wax in your hands -it is quite sticky. The colour cruise wheel is great - brilliant choice of shades and very good quality, blends very well and stays on the skin for a long time. Two types of fake blood are fantastic for finishing touches on the nakup, especially the coagulated blood gel works fantastic inside your wax scars. Would definitely buy it again. Would happily recommend.

I got this for a zombie themed murder mystery me and my mum went to at Halloween. The murder mystery itself wasn't great, and ended up being more vampire themed, but the latex makeup was a hit. I put the special effects makeup on my mum and the first couple of fake wounds weren't too great as the instructions are not particularly detailed. You need to put a layer of glue down first, let it dry and then put on the wax. The wax itself is much easier to mould when it is slightly warmed up. I used body heat to make it more malleable. Over the wax put another layer of glue and leave that to dry. Once dry you can add the fake blood. The sponges are really good to use to help spread it better. I might have been a bit of an idiot, but the first couple of attempts I didn't realise you needed to wait for the glue to dry and I was fighting to get that wax to stay on the skin. Overall really fun to play and experiment with.

Skin coloured liquid latex was fantastic for creating look. And the blood was fantastic. The special effects sculpting wax didn't work as well as other brands. But was worth the price for the rest of the kit

My daughter is obsessed with make up and special effects so caved in to latex and bought her this product. It arrived and she was super excited was a lot smaller than expected but the quality of product is fantastic. The blood is very realistic and she loved the latex to create special effects. If your child or adult enjoys make up and creating different looks. A lot of you tubers are doing this! Then I recommend this as a starter kit I was a bit dubious, as she has sensitive skin, but after doing a patch test no adverse reactions and easy to remove. Great product.

Also eins muss ich ja mal sagen. Einfach nur wow. Ich hatte vor zwei Jahren nur Latex und blood besorgt von einem anderen Hersteller und ich war nicht ganz zufrieden. Es hat nicht lange gehalten und ist nach kurzer Zeit teilweise abgegangen. Doch dieses Kit hier ist der wahnsinn. Es hält bombenfest, selbst nach 5 std und totalem schwitzen vom tanzen. Ich bin total zufrieden. Es war sehr leicht aufzutragen und man konnte es schnell verarbeiten. So schnell habe ich noch keine wunden hinbekommen. Ich bin also mehr als zufrieden und werde es bei der nächsten Halloween Party auf jedenfall wieder besorgen.

Definitely a bit messy, but that’s kind of the point. Great for Halloween or just experimenting—ended up having more fun with it than I expected. Good value, would buy again.
