Hard to assemble; not intuitive. If the seller hadn't sent me an email with pictured instructions, I would not have been able to put it together. Furthermore, I bent a tweezer trying to open the clasp on the metal frame. On top of that frustration, I couldn't insert the charger into the port to charge my phone. A complete waste! Would never purchase again.
