Good price for a staple in baking. I use this as an alternative to oil/butter in baking chocolate chip cookies and biscuits. The shortening seems to hold up better in baking. Good price on Amazon as my local grocery store charges a few dollars more.

Wonderful for cookie, cake baking, where I live it's sometimes hard to find and expensive. Amazon is less expensive
