A very good phone works well and is very fast

I am technology savvy person. Out of the box it would not charge. There is a defect in the connection. I think there might be an issue with the battery connection. I finally got it to charge, then set it up. I could not get any signal for T-Mobile whereas my Motorola had GREAT reception. SAVE YOUR TIME- DO NOT BUY IT SELLER DID NOT REFUND THOUGH THE SYSTEM SHOWS THAT A REFUND WAS ISSUED... WILL CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Love the colour, feel of the phone and durability. Exactly what was described is what i recieved

Edit: Jan 28 2022 - Got back the 'new' phone from Blu, same problem, now with additional ones. It keeps shutting down and blanking out mid-call, then it let out a high piercing sound then shut down and this happened a week after I got it back from them. They said to return it for a new phone but at this point, I just need a refund. I told them that i need my money back, not a new phone, and haven't heard from them since. I will NEVER buy a Blu phone again. I can't go through this again. So if I can change this from 3 stars to 1 star, I will. I loved this phone when I ordered it but from the start it was clear that this came from a bad batch or something. It continuously cut out mid use and I had to constantly restart it. The battery life was ok. The features were great, which is why I bought it and generally love Blu phones, this was my 5th. Customer support from Blu was ok and I had no issues with them. I sent it back, Let's see if I get a replacement or a refund. I guess I'll see. They received the phone to their office last monday, and I havent heard back anything yet. Hopefully I'll get a new one or a refund. All in all, I would still buy this phone again.

Nice phone but COMPLETELY USELESS. Product description states compatible with MetroPCS. IT IS NOT! Amazon didn't take care of me. Cannot return. Wasted money. Edit: Amazon DID take care of me.

Great phone for a baby to beat on and occupy their time

I purchased this phone for my grandfather and I was setting it up for him. The first phone never powered on. After inserting the battery and placing the phone on the charger I never got it to power on. I grabbed a wireless charger from the store and actually got the phone to show that it was charging BUT after charging to 20% over about 24 hours it still never powered on AND went back to showing 0% when I placed it back on the pad. I ordered a replacement, still hopefull that I could use this affordable phone for my grandfather. The new phone came in and I had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM! After fighting with this phone for half a day I somehow managed to get it to power on and proceed through the setup (yay). I installed the apps and being satisfied Contacted him to let him know his phone was done. I figured I should power cycle the phone just to confirm he wouldn't have issues since I'm the IT Person in the family and Lo and Behold it never turned on again. Returned both devices and while I love BLU Phones and have had good experiences in the past this device does not reflect well on the brand. I came in expecting little and somehow got nothing.
