This has alcohol in it how is this a good moisturizer?

Not all alcohol is bad for the skin. Some are fatty alcohol that actually helps with getting the skincare into the skin. Do your research first about the ingredients before making a decison.

Belif DOES TEST ON ANIMALS. They may test on animals, either the suppliers or third party. This is as of 2022. So they have a part in testing on animals. The product is not worth it. There's a ton of licensed cruelty free products out there nowadays.

What is the difference between belifs the true cream aqua bomb and the true cream moisturizing bomb?

The True Cream is thicker and takes longer to absorb. I use it at night. The Aqua Bomb is water based, thinner and absorbs really fast.
