Great insoles for walking

I put these in my kangaroo leather soccer cleats (the Mizuno ones), and they actually worked fine in those. But they definitely won’t fit into a narrow cleat — they need a bit more room. They’re really best suited for wider cleats or running shoes, where they fit comfortably and the high arch support feels great.

I've gotten 2 pairs of these now, one for each pair of my trail running shoes. They are amazing!! I use super lightweight running shoes but like to run on rocky and rooty trails and these insoles keep my feet feeling great. My running shoes don't come with removable insoles, so it was tricky to get these trimmed perfectly but once I did, they fit perfectly inside the shoes and still leave me plenty of room for wool running socks. I have had zero foot issues despite running long distances on some rough terrain. My older pair which I've likely put 300 miles on is still in great shape, the top layer with the writing and design is peeling off but that's not impacting the performance. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time on your feet.

So I weigh 226, I am 6'2. These work great accept I have to buy a new pair every two months or less. They don't last for me and I only run 3-6 miles 4 times a week. I have purchased 13 of these now and it's pricey for the short duration.

I walk 20km a day at work and my high arches were suffering. I'd tried several other brands, including professional orthotics, before trying Superfeet. They save my feet, which also means my ankles and knees are better aligned and my legs really feel the difference. The only thing that I wish was different is the surface is quite rough so I have to wear thicker socks. A softer surface would be great but understandably then they would wear out faster. Definitely the very best insole for the money. My son who has the flattest feet (no arch at all) wears them in his rugby cleats and they fit perfect and do the same job that his professional orthotics do at a fraction of the cost. They also last a long time. My son replaced his after 1.5 years. My husband kept his for 2 years. You just can't beat the value and performance. There's a style to suit every foot and shoe.

extremely comfortable insoles, only last about 4mo but they are worth it, I keep buying them and they have helped a lot with my foot pain. wont buy any other insoles anymore. only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because they are a little expensive to have to replace as often as I do, but I am also on my feet for 8-12hrs per day.
