Not what I expected — turns out it’s an Indian brand
I bought this Minimalist 2% Salicylic Acid Face Wash thinking it was a European brand because of the clean packaging and presentation. The product arrived sealed and looked fine, but I was disappointed to find out it’s actually made in India. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t comment on the results, but I wish the listing had made the origin clearer. I usually prefer international skincare brands, so I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew beforehand.

not recommended for daily use for acneprone and sensitive skin
The product and the entire skincare line for acne-prone skin are too aggressive for daily use and caused a breakout for me. After discontinuing all The Minimalist products and replacing them with other non-comedogenic products, my skin stabilized within a week. If you wanna use it, then only 2-3 times in a week. But there are better alternatives.

Too harsh for skin
It is a very harsh formula for skin. Salicylic acid 2% is generally drying but this is just extreme. I chose it because it was cheaper than Korean ones and doctor vanita rattan approved it. My skin started flaking right after one use and my hand palms got extremely dry from just washing my face. It does not feel nice for skin at all. Also the bottle is very cheap quality. It spilled inside the sealed box. Never buying again.
