Will it eliminate the odor of a dead mouse?

Yes, it will - Our products absorb all odors. However, you may need several especially if the animal is behind a wall. Our FRIDGE IT cubes are larger and contain more carbon so that may be an option If behind a wall, just place FRIDGE IT near the baseboard on the floor and also, up higher on a shelf or top of the dresser. If the smell is coming from within a closet, you can just place a few of the FRIDGE IT cubes in the closet to absorb the lingering odor.

I just placed it in the refrigerator where products with most odor are placed and it seems to help

Can this be used in the bathroom?

I haven't used this in many years. But I don't recall that it was any great freshener for the refrigerator. Save the money.

how long does it last?

The package says 4 months, but after 2 months, it doesn't absorb odors as well. I have four of them at a time and replace one of them every month so they absorb odors effectively.
