I wore it half day without even working out and my back/tummy was sweaty. The material is very soft and comfortable. It also has a stretch to it so if you do not want a snug/snatched fit go with your regular size. If you want a snatched fit go 2 sizes down. I went one size down and I’m already at the last hook but I’m too lazy to keep returning so I’ll buy another one when I need it.

This waist trainer is soft and comfortable, yet still provides the needed support. However, I’m 5’6”, 163lbs., 29” waist and I order a medium following the sizing chart, which was a little too loose for my liking so I will be ordering again in a smaller size.

This product is extremely comfortable and light weight. I was concerned that it may be too tight under my arms. But it was PERFECT! I look forward to putting my garment on and working out daily.

It’s really comfortable to wear, even when working out. It doesn’t go up or rolls, the back support doesn’t bother you like others. It’s not noticeable, so you can wear it while grocery shopping.
