I'm thoroughly impressed with these niacin sublingual tablets! They taste great, making them easy to take, and have been a fantastic way for me to gradually increase my dosage. At first, the infamous 'niacin flush' was barely noticeable, but as I upped my intake, it became slightly more intense. As everyone's sensitivity differs, it's difficult to predict how you'll react. Personally, I've found that my ears burn for about 10 minutes - a small price to pay for the benefits! Speaking of benefits, I'm thrilled to report that my levels have decreased! After rechecking, I discovered they'd jumped to 208, despite only taking a 200mg dose. This has given me the confidence to continue gradually increasing my intake. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product. The quality is top-notch, and the sublingual delivery system makes it easy to absorb. If you're looking to boost your niacin levels, I highly recommend giving these tablets a try! It really does work and will lower your levels!

I'm taking niacin for Raynaud's. I can't swallow pills larger than 1/4 inch, and these were the only ones I could find that could be dissolved/chewed. The flavor is really nice, it tastes like strawberry shortcake. Most importantly, they work. I experience flushing with 50 mg. I recommend these supplements if you have trouble swallowing pills.

I took two tablets, no problem. My husband took two, he turned into a giant red tomato. He looked like he had a sunburn and was uncomfortable. Niacin causes flushing. Maybe research it and talk to your doctor. I didn't have any issues but I don't know too much about it personally.

Edit: I took a handful of them, not sure how many, and finally got a nice hard flush starting in my face then traveling down my arms and to my torso. So now I am much happier with them. Perhaps I just flush at a very high dose. Will continue to use and count the dose I need. I am not getting any flush at all and I got this product because it promises a flush. I’ve eaten 5 and a half pills at a time and no flush so I think there’s something wrong with my body or this isn’t the flushing kind so I’m going to move on and try a different brand next time

This vitamin seems to be working fine.

I like tablets instead of capsules. Capsules tend to float on top of the liquid used to swallow them, and actvate my gag reflex, and tablets don’t float. I heartily approve of the choice of oval over round for the shape of the tablets once they get past being tiny. It makes them much easier to swallow. As for the content of the tablets, I was glad to find these 250 mg tablets, to assist in tailoring my intake of niacinamide to the size of the meal I am ingesting. I spread the total of niacinamide throughout the day, to maintain a more even level in my body for the sake of my joints, but too much niacinamide, without a buffer of food, produces nausea. So, if all I’m having is a small bite or two, I want to be taking the 250 mg tablet instead of the 500 mg or 1000 mg tablet that might accompany a full plate of food at a meal.
