Americas test kitchen recommended this highly. So I purchased it. Probably twice the price of what I can find at a local store. I never knew ceramic could be this good. Sturdy. Easy to clean. Amazing nonstick surface. It’s all I cook bacon and I find I have more grease than a Teflon pan. It seems to cook very very efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone

I have a parrot so do not want any type of Teflon in my kitchen due to the toxic fumes it produces. This pan is made from a new nonstick ceramic material that is starting to be used on pans. It performs just like a teflon pan, and so far, I think it's way more durable (the material isn't a plastic coating that releases toxic fumes; it's more like a baked-on enamel so it resists scratches.) Food simply slides off and you only have to wipe the pan to clean it. Here's what sets this pan apart from others - it maintains its non-stick qualities (On most other pans, this ceramic material completely loses its non-stick ability after only a few uses) I use this on an induction cooktop and it works fine. One tip - use an induction burner exactly the same size or smaller than the pan. For some reason, the pan doesn't work with a larger induction burner.
