I brought and it stopped working in 4 months and as I stay in Abu Dhabi and there workshop is in dubai and the warranty customer service people said they can’t pick or won’t pay the shipping charges you have to pay, very bad customer service and also bad product deliver from them, even if it’s under warranty they are just ignoring now they are not even picking up the call. It’s WESTIN INTERNATIONAL LLC who deals with Geepas. Very bad service.I think Amazon should ban them from selling any items when they can’t fulfill there warranty needs.Just a cautionary don’t buy if it’s sold from Geepas electronics always go ships and sold buy from Amazon

First of all the delivery came in the wrong color that I selected and on first use the base of the kettle is leaking.Would not recommend.

Kettle stopped working after a month !!

When you buy a kettle, you trust it to be safe. This kettle is everything they say, lightweight, easy to use... until you lift the lid to fill it and then you close it. What I did not realize is that it does not close unless you punch it closed. Yes, the first time I used it I did not punch it closed and when I was pouring boiling hot water into my cup it came out from over the top because the lid wasn't punched closed. Luckily I did not burn myself or anyone else in the process

I'm fine with the product but they should say that you have to close the lid with force to make sure its properly closed and that the heating filament is not concealed by any means. It does take slightly longer for water to boil but for the price you can't expect anything too amazing.

VFM great it it works for more than 1 month!Plain simple kettle. Easy to clean. Good pour. Not silent but quiet for money paid. All that matters is it keeps working!!

A lovely kettle.It has a nice bulky handle, just right for myself and the wife.The price was good.What I am not impressed with is that after a period of time, the kettle starts to be intermittent in its operation. Now onto my 4th in 3 years, I decided I would take the kettle apart to find out why.If you look at the picture, you can clearly see that one of the element pins has moved thus not allowing contact. I do not know if it is poor design of element or something else.Now I know what is happening, I will not purchase anymore of these.I have written to manufacturer and am awaiting a reply
