There are 2 6” sandwich rolls per pkg. Schaars now pkgs 4 ciabatta buns in a pkg.

Please tell me that you get more than 1 pack (2 rolls) for $22.99? in the stores i can get this for around $5-$7 per pack. losing faith in amazon :-(

We learned the hard way that you have to pay careful attention to the product description. You can buy a pack of six (2 rolls) for around $35.00. from certain sellers. Or if you are not careful you could end up paying $22.99 for 2 rolls. We now debate whether or not to buy these on Amazon any longer.

Can we just eat or we need to heat in the oven

You can definitely just eat it. It tastes much better than any gluten free bread we've ever eaten. That said, we all prefer it toasted.
