For such a sensible price I was not expecting much to be honest, but, testing against a calibrated medical level device showed this to be within under 3% each time, the build quality is fairly good and the strap is comfortable. Having twin memories is useful for two person use and the average reading is good, as each test should be done 3 times and the average or lowest reading taken as most accurate ( some prefer lower some prefer the average, no idea why the difference ). The display is easy to read and the instructions are simple which makes the use easy and without stressing. My only gripe would be that the holder supplied could be better with a tighter fit, but that has no connection to the unit quality or its performance. Highly recommend even for simple peace of mind.

This is a good product. It’s easy to use which makes it easier for my husband to take his readings (he hates doing them). It’s large enough to read easily and packs up very tidy. Well pleased. Would recommend

Works for most if our household but cant get a reading for my husband. Easy to use but not as accurate as the arm ones,as you have to have your wrist level with your heart.

Much easier to use than an arm cuff and seems to be accurate,also ,more compact.

Scian is a easy to use wrist cuff blood pressure monitor.but getting the batteries in was very fiddly and the battery cover seems very fragile.would of preferred a proper enclosed plastic storage box so am using a previous box to keep dust free and out of sun light. Not sure how accurate the blood pressure is yet but the pulse rate closely matches my spo2 meter.

I was excited to receive the wrist unit, I have to monitor my blood pressure twice a day for medication. This would save me from having to strip down to a vest twice a day.I compared this wrist unit with my arm cuff unit 5 times. Both the systolic and diastilic pressures were drastically out (more the 10). Three of the systolic readings were the same reading 120, I have never had 3 readings with the same value. This is also 10 below my normal readings.Procedure: left wrist. I have a damaged left shoulder so I have limited left arm movement, My left wrist will struggle to be representative. Feet flat on the floor is not a problem but does limit where you can take the readings. The main variable is the amount the readings change depending on the amount of arm bends to make the unit the same height as your heart - concerning. I cannot trust the accuracy of this unit.This unit is not fit for medical measurements in my opinion.My recommendation is spend a little more and get a better quality one.

Very pleased with this wrist monitor. Just velcro on wrist and press button. I like that there is a colour code on left that highlights your reading to see if it's normal to high. Very useful.Highly recommend

Easy to use and tells you health saving information. Love these monitors I have one to my sons family one to my daughter and one to my grandson during smoke season especially everyone should have one

Wrist cuff start off pretty good and accurate! Within 2 months it no longer work! l purchased it October 10, 2023! I guess you get what you pay for! Hopefully it work longer for you!Don’t get me started on battery, it does not turn off after use. Which burn through the battery which cause me so much stress!

My daughter is petite & the standard adult arm cuffs were a bit big. This fits her tiny wrist all the way up to a a large male’s. Very happy w/how well it’s worked & was a great price too
