First I unpacked the pillows and waited about 1 hour in order for them to recover their initial shape (the instructions say it would take up to 10 hours but in reality it was much faster).I tried this item as I saw it advertised here . I’m a nurse and work with physically disabled kids. Over the last few months I've started suffering from lower back, hip and thigh pain in the early hours of the morning. The pain was waking me up and getting out of bed was a feat in itself. I put these symptoms down to age and my job. I have tried this set of 4 orthopedic pillows for a week now and although I still have slight pain when getting out of bed it’s not waking me up anymore.It’s the best money I’ve ever spent. They're very comfortable to sleep on and they've almost totally relieved my pain. When I don’t use them and the pain wakes me again, the simple fact of reusing the pillow set immediately relieves my symptoms.It provides an excellent support and the cover is really soft and comfortable.I shall continue to use it as I believe it’s a product that needs to be used continually to be able to get the maximum benefit .If anyone is sceptical, I invite you to try one.
