The mochi is so soft! I opened it right away and put it on top of sherbet to try it. It was so yummy! Now it is the plain mochi, so keep that in mind. Then after opening the pack, I placed the mochi in a ziplock baggie. The mochi was so fresh and soft. Usually when I get mini mochi from frozen yogurt shops, it’s not as fresh because they keep it out all day. But this one you control the freshness, so I recommend using a ziplock. Enjoy! The taste of these are great, but there's probably something additional in the preservatives that make the taste and mouthfeel of these more rubbery than most mochis. Still, it's not bad.

These are just like at the yogurt shop and now I can put as many as I want and not get charged extra hahaha

Ordered these for a shave ice party. They were spot on with what I've had a frozen yogurt shops, etc. The mochi was soft and delicious. Will use this brand again for sure.

What a difference it is to try these freshly opened! My only experience with mochi previously was at frozen yogurt shops & loved them, which made me look into buying some to keep at home. These are sooo much better than the yogurt shops. Very soft & slightly sweet!

I ordered 2 bags, one had pieces that were moldy. No way to return or replace. Will not purchase again.
