Got Rid of the Fungus and Brought My Lawn Back to Life!
I purchased BioAdvanced Fungus Control for Lawns after noticing fungus affecting my grass, and Iโm extremely pleased with the results. After applying it as recommended, I was able to see the fungus disappear and my lawn recover. My grass is now as green as it has ever been and looks healthy again. One of the best things about this product is how easy it is to apply. I simply connected my garden hose to the bottle/dispenser and sprayed the lawn according to the directions. There was no complicated mixing or additional equipment needed. I was impressed not only with how simple the application was, but also with the results. Seeing the fungus disappear and my lawn return to a beautiful green made this product well worth the purchase. BioAdvanced Fungus Control for Lawns worked exactly as I hoped it would. Great product and definitely 5 stars!

Great for lawn fungus
We had a weird fungus in our lawn for several months. Tried a few other products that did NOT work. This was amazing. It was pretty far gone... so we had to apply this twice... but the lawn looks great!!

Great deal
Bought on a really good sale. Was much cheaper for a good product to help treat fungus in my yard

Works but the fungicide has to be the right one for the specific fungus.
This worked well for me, but you need to do some research because not all species of lawn fungus respond to the same fungicide. You have to be patient and follow the directions exactly - especially the waiting period between treatements, or you could kill your grass. Also, I didn't get anywhere close to the coverage it label claims. My water pressure might have been too high, but in the end it did cure the problem.

"Fungus Amung Us"
BioAdvance Fungus Control did a great job controlling fungus for our Kentucky Bluegrass Lawn in summer of 2026. I typically use a granular fungus control however, decided to try liquid. I'm very happy with BioAdvance as it did the job.

Works but be patient! Itโs not magic
I use this when I start to see dollar spot in my zoysia grass. Easy to apply and it works. Just a reminder, this will not make the dollar spot go away or heal already impacted areas but it will keep it from spreading and dissolve it in impacted areas. Expect at least a solid week before real results are seen. Video is 18 days after application on a fairly heavily infested lawn that was sodded 3.5 months ago. I will continue to apply as a preventative in the spring and fall months with or without present evidence of fungal activity. Keep N levels steady and that will help prevent further outbreaks.

Caution! Sprayer doesn't use all the chemical.
As I applied the solution to the lawn, I was careful to occasionally lightly shake the bottle to see if any chemical remained. I didn't want to inadvertently spray just water on the just treated grass because there was no chemical left. Unfortunately, the sprayer never fully emptied from the bottle. The last 5 or so ounces was NOT being sucked up the tube. It took me a while to realize this and during that time I was spraying pure water on the grass, cleaning off the chemical from the grass where it needed to stay to treat my brown patch. Bummer! I checked the uptake tube. It was not bent. So, either the tube was not long enough and didn't touch the bottom of the bottle or the sprayer mechanism didn't have enough suction to draw up the last of the chemical. (I have good water pressure. Lack of water pressure was not the problem) So heads up. Once you get near the point where there is just a small amount of chemical in the bottle, stop spraying! You can always pour that 5 or so ounces in the next bottle. Still, based on my experience, the performance of the sprayer compromises this product.
