The brace works great! My back is in very bad shape and I stand and twist for eight hours at my job. I was taking 4 Vicodin a day and with the brace I take one in the morning only. The only issue I have is the material that is against the skin is very itchy even when worn over a t shirt. I'll take the Itch over the pain. I recommend the brace.

very well made, excellent support, I have wore out several of the type that are sold at Lowes and Home Depot and this is more money but worth it if you wear it daily (as I do). I had back surgery in 2010 and have herniated disks at all 5 lumbar levels. I am 6'6" 215 lbs. so I need something with a lot of support that is comfortable enough to wear for several hours every day.I have a 36" waist and these run very large so I think I could easily fit in the Large. Also know that while wearing it to get it really snug you can wrap the outer straps so they over lap above and below each other.
