is there a way i can get the instructions to this for ive lost it?

Hi there. I've still got them: 1. Fill saucepan with 3 to 4 inches of water. Bring water to a boil. 2. Remove water from heat source. Let water stand for 30 seconds, then place mouthguard in water for 60 seconds - do not exceed 60 sec. 3. Carefully remove mouthguard. 4. Cool mouthguard in tap water for 1-2 sec. 5. Lick you lips before placing mouthguard in your mouth. 6. Line mouthguard carefully with the centreline of upper teeth. Fit it onto and around upper teeth. Press molars first, then front teeth. 7. Bite down hardon mouthguard, suck in strongly. Use fingers to press edges of mouthguard into your teeth and gum line through lips and cheeks for 20 seconds. 8. Remove mouthguard and cool it in cold water for 30 sec. Repeat if necessary.

Can this be used on the bottom teeth too?

Fits my 10 year old comfortably

Does this come with Instructions and can any adult age use it

Yep, full instructions are printed on the packaging. 👍🏻

Can this gum shield be used with braces?

Hi there. I don't see why not, just mould this gum shield over the braces and it will stay in place.
